"Hidden gem tucked over a hill just off the main road with a jungle outlook. Lovely rooms, amazing breakfasts, friendly hosts and staff, and a short walk to where the action is. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Fantastic stay!
The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and my room was already cool and comfortable when I arrived. Even though I arrived later than expected, it was no problem at all, the team was very accommodating and kind. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"I had a really wonderful time at Tabula Rasa. Felt like the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was perfect.
The location is stunning. It is worth being located up hill in the peace and quiet, and so easy to pop out in a tuk tuk.
The food was really good, I expected to eat out more but, I’d often crave the chef’s dhal! I was able to eat really good plant based meals without getting bored of the menu. The chef would come out to chat, and was very keen to ensure I enjoyed the food.

"We had one night in Galle, and were lucky enough to get the ENORMOUS family room - an amazing experience for the entire family.
As it was off season (late October), the hotel was quiet and there was some renovation going on, but it was beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!
One thing I have to mention: The bedframe extends beyond the mattress and since it's dark wood, it's impossible to see in the dark - two of us came home with some pretty bad shin scrapes :) "
