"Beautil view of the lake, easy check in and out process. Location was not difficult to find. Everything inside the home was so comfortable, and was perfect for cooking. The marina and 2 restaurants are only a block down the street with beautiful views and sunsets and food at the restaurants was amazing. "Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. The week consisted of swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock while the boys took the boat out—- you can park the boat at the dock or up in the grass and reading on the dock. We did bring a canopy tent that we put up on the dock since it averaged 100 degrees before the humidity. We had all...

"I have to say it was everything the description and other reviews said it was. The gym had enough to get a great workout, the sauna was a new and refreshing experience, as was the cold plunge. Lake view and dock area was very relaxing. The food in the area was great with some good experiences. Bungalow and amenity’s was clean and well kept. Overall great experience and will definitely recommend to our close friends as it often hard to find such gems that really deliver on description. I can’t...

"Stayed 3 nights in June. Tessie met us at property after easy check in. Ample parking for SUV and trailer. Nice carport area. Peaceful setting. Very clean and nicely appointed, everything you need during stay. Bed was very comfortable. Nice screened in porch on lake side. Will stay again when in area."

Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. "Comfy and clean home-everything is well kept, plenty of beds, and that view! The lake is gorgeous. We swam, kayaked, and fished-everything was tranquil, just as we needed it to be. The only downfall was the amount of lighting in the master, very dim-other than that all was perfect!"

"This small cabin right on the lake is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. It was extremely clean and communication with Candy was immediate and helpful. We did have a little difficulty with the front door lock but Candy fixed it remotely right away. The kitchen needs more drinking glasses. The dog pen is fantastic and shaded and the dogs enjoyed being able to run free. All in all, it was a great long weekend getaway with the grandkids who wore themselves out jumping off the deck and swimming....

"First, I have to say that Tessie (the owner) is one of the kindest and pleasant persons I’ve ever met!!! She was very welcoming and “quick on the draw” for any concerns or questions! "We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. "We booked this cottage for my parents to stay in while here celebrating our son's graduation. They loved the view. The majority of their time was spent sitting on the screened porch admiring the water view and local wildlife. They had everything they needed during their stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. House was also very clean. We are sure to book again when we have a full house and need extra space! "
