"Good things: basic room with lots of space, 5 minute walk to Lakka village, which is beautiful with lots of restaurants, balcony, air conditioning Bad things: the hotel is located in a very very steep hill, not suitable for people with difficulties walking or carrying bags. even the access by car is not easy, the rental car almost couldn´t get up that steep hill. You can not access the hotel with bags without a taxi or car, and they charge you 15€ for taking you to the boat/Gaios."

"Had a great stay , special thanks to holga the property manager who made the stay even better, very helpful she was able to arrange taxis, itineraries, boats and even restaurant reservations!! She was there anytime we needed her and made this stay extra special. The hotel is also near a very nice clean beach with sun beds and a restaurant making it super convenient. The villas are clean and they know when to change towels and clean up the villas . Overall highly recommend and for sure will be...

"What a view!! To have a swim in the pool overlooking the sea was incredible. Having the smaller kids pool was a real bonus as we had two small children. We will definitely be returning at some point. I miss that view already."

"A small property with just 6 units, gorgeous infinity pool, great modern room with big wardrobe, very comfy large bed, excellent bathroom and little kitchenette. Great private terrace and friendly meter of staff. Room is cleaned every morning. Breakfast choice is a bit limited but that really is the only slightly negative. Perfect place to stay"
