"We have come to this resort for 11 or 12 years. The prices have more than doubled and quality has gone down. Our Condo was old and outdated. Needed a deep cleaning. Bathroom door in master bedroom was a bifold closet door. No privacy and no lock. Dishwasher not secured to counter and counter broke. Bathroom faucet chipped. Had to have maintenance come out to get Internet and TV working. Won't be back unless it is Verbo ECT."

"Totally not satisfied with what I bought. I bought an ocean view with balcony to be able to relax with the view and breeze of the ocean. We were totally unable to use the balcony as many balconies below were occupied by pot smokers. I got up at 6 am to try to enjoy sunrise and they were already out smoking. I tried going out late at night and it was the same situation. I honestly think we deserve a discount coupon for such unpleasant experience. I know the beach is out of the property's...

"Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced."

"The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it."

"Very mixed emotions after our last minute trip there this weekend. This was one of few choices available given the holiday weekend. It is a Hilton Property. Pros: Helpful Staff, Nice Beach, near airport and mall. Great food, even so the wait can be long to get served. Nice lounge to have a drink before heading to bed in the evening with great bartender! Cons: We got two extra towels from house keeping on day one never to see the staff again. We went all three days there without a single room...
