Great home for fishing and close to golfing as well. Each portion of this house has a great view of the Ocean and/or the creek. New Decor and updates for 2024 include, updated/painted kitchen, painted ceilings on main level, improved indoor and outdoor furniture, new windows and sliders, additional USB stations for added convenience and so much more. Sleeping accommodations include 2 rooms with queen beds, a room with 2 twins and a set of bunk beds and a room with 2 twins and a trundle bed. Each queen room shares a bath with a room with twin beds.
Across the stairwell on same level is a 1 bedroom suite with a queen bed and full bathw/ step in shower, separate living area with a sleeper sofa, wet bar, refrigerator and ice maker.

INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL IS THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT. This is a stand alone area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living area includes an efficiency kitchen with full size refrigerator, 2 burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, Keurig and a coffee pot. Bedding features are 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed and a sleeper sofa. The bath has a large garden tub.

Be sure to climb all the way up the stairs to the top of the house for a breathe-taking view from the deck on the roof. The unique layout offers as much or as little of the Laughing Place as you need.
