The large screened porches, complete with rope hammocks perfect for an afternoon nap, add to the laid-back charm of this home. With a private creek dock and private walkway to the beach, both Pawleys Creek and the Atlantic Ocean are just a few minutes walk away.

Amenities include two outdoor enclosed hot/cold showers, central H/VAC downstairs and window units upstairs, cable TV, DVD, VCR, wifi, washer/dryer, microwave, well-stocked kitchen, sinks in 4 bedrooms, numerous floor, and ceiling fans, and an outdoor fish sink. The House sits on an oversized lot and has ample parking for vehicles and boat trailers.

Bedding consists of 3 Queens, 2 Doubles, 3 Twins and 2 3/4 beds. Max Occupancy: 15, Saturday to Saturday rental, No pets, and No smoking, please.

Due to this property being one of the most historical houses on the island it has a few little quirks, like the floors are not all level, windows are not new and the kitchen is not inside the house it is located off the porch that is attached to the house right by the front door. Also the owners of this property have tried to maintain the historical state of the house with mainly all antique décor. Please do not move any furniture, rugs household items in the house.
