THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES.

This private and clean end unit is perfect for any family looking for a last minute vacation at the beach or a golfers getaway. Located on the second floor of building 52 right next to the stairwell in the wonderfully maintained True Blue golf community. Imagine yourself relaxing by the pool or enjoying a few games of tennis on the courts located just steps from one of the four pools available for your use. Just a five minute drive to the beach, shopping and dining.

This unit features a fully equipped kitchen for the chef at heart, washer/dryer, dishwasher, two TV's (regular TV in the master bedroom and a Smart TV in the living room), beautiful and clean dark hardwood floors, a serene screened in porch, Wifi and central HVAC. Spend a relaxing evening on the comfortable couches in the living room watching a movie on the Smart TV which not only has cable but also has Netflix/Amazon capability with your own account. The condo comes with DVDs, puzzles, books, magazines and other amenities to keep you busy when you are not at the beach!

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

The Beach Is My Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean, bright and quiet. It had been recently painted. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen had some items missing or in need of replacement, but after bringing them to the attention of Tidelife , the owners were contacted and quickly supplied us with them. An issue we had with the air-conditioning unit was similarly addressed in a timely manner. Overall we enjoyed our stay at 52D.

Perfect Spring Retreat

Great location for our day trips to Hampton Plantation, Hopsewee, Georgetown, and Brookgreen Gardens. Close to great seafood restaurants too. Enjoyed cooking our own breakfast at condo before heading out for our adventures. Nice and quiet at night.

The condo was in a quiet and peaceful place. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. It’s a lovely place and would recommend to others and even stay there again on another stay in Pawley. Also very near excellent local restaurants and bars in which the food was fantastic. We literally did not have a single bad meal. We of course got some really good advice from some locals when went a bar about 5 minutes from our location.

Quiet and peaceful

Super clean property on golf course and just off Hwy 17 in PI. Lots to do nearby and short drive to beautiful beach but go early for parking spot. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I will say is if you don’t want to take a chance on active children running around above your heads, rent the top unit. Only thing I can say was a negative. We knew they would run out of stem about 9 and it always did. Lol

Great for our Short Stay

We met some friends staying in Pawleys Island. Since we couldn’t stay the entire week, we rented this condo that was a short drive to the beach. It worked out well since we were able to park at the rental house where our friends were staying.

During our stay, the unit above us was rented by the week and no matter which group of people that were in there the noise of them walking around was extremely loud in our unit.

Perfect for a family of 3-4!

The property was very clean and very serene. There were a lot of places to walk around and explore. It’s a quick drive to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was such a nice relaxing trip. If you have young children or a smaller family, this is a great place to stay! It was very relaxing and accommodating. We will most definitely visit again!!
