There is also a coffee bar with barware and a beverage fridge. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to the balcony. The Master Bath features a Quartz counter top vanity with two sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower with seamless glass surround. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and a private bath with a Quartz counter top vanity and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with 2 doubles and a single Trundle. Litchfield by the Sea is a private resort with 24 hour guarded entrance. You can enjoy miles of the shoreline with private access to the beach on boardwalks with beach showers. There are also lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a fishing lake with pier, marsh overlook and miles of walking/jogging paths. You can experience all the scenic vistas of our beautiful sandy beach, the ocean, the tidal saltwater creeks, marshes and natural habitats.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
