This is a great property. Clean, spacious condo. Beautiful veranda with ocean/pool view. Just a short walk to the beach/pool. Great location, part of Litchfield by the sea community. Have vacationed at same property last two years!

My extended family checked out of this property yesterday and we hated to leave. Finest condo we have stayed in at Pawleys Island and we go every year. Super clean, very well stocked , great location and view. We almost lived on the covered deck with such comfortable chairs. Chris, the host was very responsive to my inquiries and we hope to contact him about staying there next year.Tim M.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean and comfortable! It was a great gathering place for dinner with the grandkids! They loved the extra games the owner had and the extra beach towels! The pool and beach were very nice! Canā€™t wait to do it again next year!

Loved our time away and the condo was extremely roomy as well as welcoming. We had a small issue with the AC of which I was able to fix. We had a lot of relaxing time on the balcony with a great breeze. Pools were fantastic as well as beach time.

The condo was exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you would need. Even plenty of beach towels, games, books, ect. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. The best feature is the huge covered porch.

This is our second year staying here. It is so pleasant! I love the fact that there is indoor and outdoor seating for all the people the unit can hold! Love the coffee/wet bar area.

We returned to this condo again this year after an amazing stay last year. Unfortunately the storm cut our stay short but the condo and location were still perfect and Chis could not have been more helpful and accommodating to try and make the best of it due to the storm. Ideal location and so roomy with all the comforts you can ask for- definitely recommend and hope to return again next year

Arrived to a well maintained open spaced beach condo with an amazing view of the ocean and beach below!! My wife, daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our stay. Wife and daughter made most of beach, immaculate pools and nearby shopping. Son-in-law and I enjoyed multiple rounds of golf at close by courses. An awesome location with on site amenities, walk and bike paths, tennis courts, etc will be returning for future visits to the South Carolina coast. P.S. ā€¦ close to Franks and Bistro 217 for awesome dinners!!!

Great location and 5th floor balcony views of both the beach and sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Excellent living room / kitchen / service bar layout for living and entertaining. Building common areas and condo kept very clean.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It did not seem as if we were in a condo at all. It was very spacious and the deck is large with a great view of the ocean. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely rent again without hesitation.

Amazing property. Beautiful view of the ocean. Everything you can think of in the unit - beach towels, puzzles, games, kids toys, great kitchen, wonderful coffee/wet bar. I loved that there was plenty of inside and outside seating. Also, for 2 folks who had mobility issues - this unit is near the elevator and a straight shot down to 2 pools and the ramp to the ocean! We are coming back!
