Cambridge 306 Immaculate direct Oceanfront Condo in Litchfield By the Sea!

This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is located in the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea and is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer, such as tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa, and even an on site Starbucks.

The master bedroom features a King bed with its own private bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom, the first one featuring a Queen bed and the second one featuring two Twin beds. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, cable TV and so much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite!

This property has both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Located on the 3rd floor above the parking garage with elevator access

The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Wonderful location and view. Exceptionally large balcony. Only drawback was getting the tv's and remotes working.

What a view!

Perfect place to stay in Litchfield! And what a view-from sunrise to sunset. Three bedrooms, two baths and plenty of room to just lounge around.

Perfection

The setting of the condo exceptionally well landscaped and quiet. The condo was very comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished balcony overlooking the beach. Access to groceries was very convenient. Interactions with Tide Life were easy, efficient, and pleasant.

Always try to stay in Somerset condos. Stayed in Cambridge this visit. Suzanne is always so great to work with😁 Set my alarm every morning to wake up and see the Perfect Sunrises over the ocean❤️❤️

Beautiful condo

The property was in a great location with beautiful beach views. The sliding glass doors in the living room that lead out to the patio should be replaced as they are now cloudy and prevent seeing the beautiful view from the inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

The confo was very roomy and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. The pool and beach are a short walk. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. I called the property manager and they delivered them promptly. I would rent this property again.

Condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great location and beautiful huge Oceanside porch which came in handy with the rainy weather. It was like being in the beach without having to sit in the rain. Would love to return!

Cambridge for me!

We stayed in the middle of June- weather perfect, great view of ocean from balcony, which was large-a big plus! A few snafus, but the one reported to Tidelife was handled quickly. A great place for 5-6 people!

Wonderful location, but property is a mixed bag.

You're directly across from the ocean, so the location can't be beat. There were a couple of issues during our stay which can be improved: Some dishes and cups in the cupboard were not clean; there were extra pillows but no pillow cases to go along with them; the TV in the living room never worked. We called several times for the TV to be fixed, but no one could come out to us during our stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, we have a good vacation overall.

Great location And view from deck Windows to deck fogged ruining view from inside Kitchen utensils awful, we took our own anticipating such Stove from 1950, burners would hardly get hot enough to cook Coffee maker 1970 Mr Coffee Bedroom furniture Goodwill grade, awful Mattresses like laying in parking lot Bathroom floor moldy Master bedroom bedspread had holes in it TV size of laptop, didn’t wort in BR Bedroom pillow In my room yellowed, nasty Washing machine sounds like 747 taking off Bar chair seat stained

Lovely at Litchfield

This gated Litchfield property offers a quiet, beautifully maintained and secure location for visitors. The condo is oceanfront with a large well-furnished balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and bar area, very comfortable for a multi-generational family of 5. For the avid golfer, there are many beautiful golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive. Convenient to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The only negative is the very noisy washing machine. Just don't run it when you want to take a nap! Otherwise, highly recommend this cozy retreat.

The condo was beautiful, the furniture was sooooo comfortable and felt very cozy. The only reason for the 4 star rating, is that the kitchen was pretty dirty. I imagine that due to inconsiderate renters, it is hard to stay on top of that. I called to report it and they sent someone right over to clean, but she just didn't have time for a deep cleaning. The only other issue for us was that the sliding doors were cloudy so that it was hard to see out and the wonderful ocean view. The patio was the BEST!!! comfortable furniture and a beautiful view!!! Overall it was a very nice stay!! We look forward to coming again and again!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Great rental- lovely views and nice condo!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. Nice, open living area and kitchen-- and the balcony overloooking the ocean was really special. Kids balanced time between the pool and the beach (which was easy to access). Property was clean and experience was great- would stay again!

Great location but Cambridge 306 needs work

The AC went out twice, one burner on the stove popped during use so we did not use the stove after first day, the washing machine sounds like it has a bad bearing and is extremely loud so only used is sparingly due to sleeping infant and the mattresses are like sleeping on a brick mattress. You might want to also check the ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed room, when turned on high it wobbles and creates fear of it falling from ceiling, we did not use because this is the room where we set up the baby bed. The bedspread on the king bed had bleach spots. We will come to Litchfield Beach again but will stay somewhere else.

LAST MINUTE GET AWAY

BOOKED AT LAST MINUTE FOR A QUICK TRIP TO THE BEACH. JUST HAPPENED TO FIND THIS PLACE THAT WAS AVAILABLE FOR OUR TIME REQUIREMENTS. IT IS A PREMIUM CONDO AT A PREMIUM PROPERTY (LITCHFIELD) AND YOU DO PAY PREMIUM RATES BUT WORTH THE RATE. ONLY ISSUE IS THE WASHING MACHINE (IF YOU USE IT). IT IS LOUD - JET LANDING IN THE ROOM LOUD.
