"The room wasn’t clean at all when I arrived - someone else’s hair was in the shower still, there was trash on the nightstand, nothing had been wiped down or dusted, it was all pretty bad. I was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and the towels smelled moldy. The bed was unusually small. It was relatively quiet and private though. "

It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...
