"Wonderful stay at this property!! We really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool and grounds. We did have an issue with the fire pit however the house manager responded very quickly. The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! Great place!"

The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. "From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"Our group of 8 had a delightful stay at the Antique Farmhouse! Robin was very friendly and responsive. It’s a large house, with plenty of room to spread out and explore. "Great location- just a quick walk to shops and restaurants- clean-quiet neighborhood -comfortable bed and furniture and the washer and dryer was a plus. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. Keep in mind if you have any issues with stairs that the only bathroom is upstairs and the laundry is in the basement."

"My wife, myself, oldest daughter and her children met our youngest daughter here for a family get together. Kids and I loved the game area downstairs. Hot tub was used each evening. Grilled out. The kids liked the smart TV for their programs. Very Spacious. Everyone enjoyed Cranberry Pond- swimming and fishing. Highly recommend!"
