"The house was lovely. It was real beachy and clean. The outside had a lot of foliage that needed cleaning up. Everything was there that you would need at home and I would recommend it to anyone."

"The house is old, but has been renovated nicely. It was stocked with more than adequate necessities like soap, paper products, coffee and such. Nice coffee maker, new appliances. Cold A/C. There is 2 fenced in areas for the dog(s). Nice shaded area in the backyard with seating. We enjoyed watching the freight and passenger trains roll by. We had a couple of minor issues, but the owner cheerfully and quickly resolved. Would happily stay again!"

"The location was perfect for our restful and peace-filled weekend. The house feels like a"home". BSL is ideal for a low-key getaway. The yard worked wonderfully for our pet; he napped on the porch and chased squirrels in the yard and trees. The morning sunrises were beautiful from the front porch and beachside. "

"A very nice place for our stay, close enough to Gulfport, Bay St. Louis and even New Orleans, but tucked away in a quiet location. Just a few suggestions; it was very hot out while we were there and the a/c could not keep up during the day, a few ceiling fans could cool the residence down and assist with the a/c. Next, even after scraping and pre-rinsing the dishes, the dishwasher did not get the dishes clean.Those were just minor suggestions and did not take away from the comfort of the house....
