"Starting with the positive: The staff was fantastic (hard working and very personable) and doing their best despite an obvious lack of resources. But the hot tub was broken, the A/C unit in our room had a mildewy smell and the furniture was stained. Only one staff member was working the breakfast area (and, again, she was great) and it was clearly a two-person job; the buffet was not being restocked regularly and the tables were filthy sticky. "The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were nice and clean. Love that you actually get shampoo a conditioner. Breakfast was good aswell. Would have preferred waffles instead of pancakes. "
