"Everything was great"

"Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone"

"We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice"

"Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."

"I assumed it would be a clean comfortable stay. When I first walked up to my room outside there was a long term guest smoking a joint. I then went in and suddenly thrown back by the strong smell of marijuana and loud moaning voices from a women in a near by room. I went inside and noticed all the doors were in dire need of paint. The laminate floor was sticky and the soap which was unwrapped was left behind in the shower. Thankfully it was only for 1 night but I will not be back"

"This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. A remnant of a roach or some kind of insects leg was firmly planted on one of the walls. The beds were semi stained and had cheap sheets, felt like a...

"Was not so clean"

"Close to Oakland Mall. The staff are nice but the motel itself smells heavily of mildew and marijuana. Rooms are not clean."

"Considering this is a budget motel, the room was relatively clean. The grounds were a mess. Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do."

"This is not the property if you are limited with stairs. The property does not have an elevator, but a lift for baggage carts. I am sure it is a nice hotel, but this did not work for us. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough. Wyndham "Customer Service" was an oversea's joke and offered no assistance other than to charge us more. Expedia was also equally disappointing. Even eluding to charging a one night penalty. So buyer beware for this property or when dealing with a Wyndham...

"The place was clean. It just looks like a king size prison brick walls no closet doors. B u t. It was quiet!"

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

"Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location."
