"As always a great motel with excellent Jacuzzis. Only issue was the safety of the room. We only had one step up to the jacuzzi near thr bed. There should have been a step by the couch side. Very dangerous"

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...

"Finding the location to the motel at night time was a bit confusing since there was another motel with the vicinity. Since we requested non-smoking our room was at ground level. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting option was poor, only 2 lights in the room. Bathroom had enough support bars to grab for safety. The shower was very tricky, the knob was so tightly closed to prevent water from dripping. Probably a new washer or tap assembly. Since we could not open the tap first time the front desk...

"Atendeu muito bem ao propósito. Prático, eficiente, café da manhã simples, mas funcional. Os funcionários, desde o gerente até a limpeza foram bem prestativos. Precisei fazer alteração na reserva e, prontamente me ofereceram uma boa solução. Localização estratégica."
