"A lovely property set in a nice rural location between the mountains. Close by local restaurants and an easy walk into the main village for a supermarket.Close by lovely beach. Everything you need to have a lovely stay is in the property and great communication from Pedro. As this is very much a rural property you will hear the persistent background noise of dogs and associated small holding animals to add to its authenticity. Thanks for the a lovely vacation."

"Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. "

"Fiquei 7 noites (de 28.12.2016 a 03.01.2017), só posso elogiar, desde o Check-In, onde o atendimento de todos foi excepcional, como também para resolver alguns problemas, como por ex.: um pequeno vazamento embaixo do lavatório no banheiro, nao demorou nem 10 min. e os rapazes da manutencao vieram consertar, ou problemas com WiFi, também resolvido prontamente. "Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)"

"First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

"El aparcamiento en el mismo establecimiento es fundamental para alojarse aqui. Se requiere reserva con antelacion para el parking, pero con este tema resuelto, el apartamento es totalitario recomendable."

"Era grande a expectativa pois foi tudo tratado por net, mas não fiquei desiludido, excepto a noite era muinto calma sem animação, foi uma pena. mas no global desde a comida ao apartamento foi dentro do normal."

"Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!"

"Very comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is well organized and very useful. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The presence of shops and restaurants nearby is very useful. If parking was included in the price it would be great because it is really really difficult to find parking nearby."

"Excellent location,close to the shops,bus and tram stop and main bus station is 10 min by bus. Property itself very clean,all the rooms,kitchen,bathroom got all the amenities what you need. During the night very quiet, even you are next to the road,where buses and cars driving 24/7. Reception very friendly and always ready to help, when you need some assistance I was very happy with my stay and probably will be back in the future "

"Excellent vacation location for a family or group of friends. Spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. Close to the coast and the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Excellent and timely communication with the manager. "

"Really enjoyed staying here, it's an old beautiful building with so much open area's. The owners are very welcoming and helpful indeed with information and tips. Enjoyed the relaxing and also the area with everything you need 5mins walking distance."
