"We loved our stay at Crow Park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were there while a Rick Steves tour was on, and the staff went extra to assure we were welcomed and well looked after too. They were super accommodating about answering our questions, and friendly - clearly seem to enjoy learning about us as guests. The hotel was full, yet we were well cared for. It was an easy walk too to get from the bus to the hotel, and then into town. "

"The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, whilst the parking was adequate as there were few guests. The room could of benefitted from having lampshades on the wall lights, there was a rouge hair in the bath and the dressing gowns were washed with too much detergent, thus not as soft as you might expect for five star accommodation, At the time of booking a table, the menu differed considerably from that seen online, in addition to the price having been increased. Davinia, Dave & Alex at reception very nice & friendly. Food was Very good. Special thanks to waiter Andrew who brought us a plate saying "happy 40th anniversary" in chocolate. Spa & pool was lovely and relaxing. Boat cruise to Bowness was also relaxing and very interesting. "
