"The hotel is super cute and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and helpful at all times, always caring about our experience in the hotel. It was my birthday and they decorated our room and gave us a bottle of sparkling. You cannot miss the private dinner experience. We had it on the bangalo, the food was amazing (order the catch of the day) and the vibes were immaculate. We will never forget that night! We truly loved our experience in Bacalar! The lake is so amazing to swim and hotel is close...

"The rooms are spacious and modern with fridge although at the time the property is in renovation and partly in construction. Helpful staff and a 10 minute walk to the main square."

"Localização e quarto arejado"

"Local muito agradável e bem decorado. Impecavelmente limpo e pessoal muito atencioso"

"I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return."

"Breakfast included was very good. Beautiful outside patios with views of the lagoon"

"The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was amazing when we showed up at 3am. Air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, we had to turn it off more than on becuase it was so cold at times! The pool was a good temperature and the night sky was so amazing. Overall it was astounding stay and great price for how beautiful the hotel was! We will definitely be returning!"
