"Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests.
