Diesmal hatten wir wieder ein anderes Zimmer und auch dieses genauso liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet! Für uns gibt es in Freiberg keine andere Unterkunft!"

"A familyrun little Hotel with a few rooms. We got the best room with a terass and view of the sweet garden. The room was very good, well planned with a perfect bed and a coffeemachine. "A terrible experience. My flight from Dresden was delayed, and my train arrived in Chemnitz after 11 PM. I called the hotel by phone to notify them of the delay, and they informed me that the front desk check-in was only until 11 PM. I had already paid for the stays through this site, and so I went there anyway. I called again, they answered but do not received us, and I had to pay for another hotel (I used Hotels.com again). I would like to know how Hotels.com will solve this, as I paid for...

"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Sehr gute Lage. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Das einzige was vielleicht noch verbesserungswürdig ist, wären Kleiderhaken für die Jacken, außerdem gab es nur 3 Bettdecken für 4 Personen. Ansonsten war aber alles gut! "
