Terrible experience with the check-in.
A terrible experience. My flight from Dresden was delayed, and my train arrived in Chemnitz after 11 PM. I called the hotel by phone to notify them of the delay, and they informed me that the front desk check-in was only until 11 PM. I had already paid for the stays through this site, and so I went there anyway. I called again, they answered but do not received us, and I had to pay for another hotel (I used Hotels.com again). I would like to know how Hotels.com will solve this, as I paid for two hotels the night of October 15th. The next day we móvel to the hotel that is good, but the check-in experience was terrible.
