"Mother / Daughter weekend away! The home was extremely clean, beautifully positioned on the lake, and easy to access and park. The amenities were perfect, pleased to find laundry detergent available, coffee pods, firewood, etc. Would highly recommend. It is just as it looks in the advertised pictures."

"We stayed at the lovely Suite Betty for the third time, and as always, we were so pleased! Pat and Bill are wonderful hosts, and their property is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even arranged an extra seating area for us on the porch, as they remembered we’ve enjoyed spending mornings there. This is a gem of a place!"

"Our extended family was traveling to the North Shore for a vacation. This was a great place to stay with lots of room. We really enjoyed the fire pit, blackstone grill and sauna. It’s a little off the beaten path which was great for having some privacy and relaxation after days of travel and sightseeing."

"Staying here was an amazing experience and I'm already trying to figure out when it works in my schedule to come back. 20/10!"

"The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable."

"We had an amazing time at this property. The location was great for canal Park/61 and to get around Duluth. The host was amazing and had great ideas for things to do. Was a perfect landing spot to make the most out of our trip!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place and comfy beds. It was nice that we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cleanup was very easy compared to some other rentals. It was more costly than we anticipated with the additional fees from Vrbo and we were not able to use the pool one of the days due to maintenance. Bottom line, we would stay again."

"We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with friends and the property was PERFECT and we had so much fun adventuring in Duluth. "

"We unfortunately had to attend a funeral for my brother. He wanted to be buried next to my grandparents. The house was perfect for all of us as we came from all different continents for this. I was a great place to gather with a beautiful view of the morning sun. April is a little cool and snow fell but it was a wonderful place to stay. Would recommend. the walk along the beach was good for the soul during this time. Thanks again!"
