"The rooms are clean. The property is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed several times. It's got two really good restaurants nearby as well."

"The mattress was way to hard for me. I'm a side sleeper and my hips got quite sore. Furniture is outdated. The tv had a very limited choice of stations. Access to the room was very convenient."

"Unfortunately the Room wasn't cleaned Good at all! Someone's Jacket was hanging in closet, the tub had hairs on the shelf, Toilet had skid mark in back of seat&No washrags!! Very Disappointed This time I stayed seemed farther down the Hall u went the Worse it Seemed Sad with Such A Beautiful View!! Plus the Crane game ripped us of Multiple times! "

"Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved...

"Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice."
