"Only thing that was bothersome was the attitude of desk clerk on check in - she couldn’t be bothered when I asked about getting a different room - curt short answer just not possible - I asked about room on first floor - my wife has mo bility issues - we ended up on 2nd floor but at end of hallway which was a distance "

"No longer served breakfast!!!!! We stayed here about 4 years ago when under different management and were given a full tour of this beautiful, historic home, and had the most delicious breakfast in one of the reception rooms, a table for two. So romantic! Well, new management has stopped serving breakfast and there’s none of the feel of enjoying the reception rooms to sit and read or talk or take in the atmosphere of the olden days.
