Clean and Great Location
The condo was very clean and had a great location to the restaurants.

Park City
Online listing indicated each bedroom had a bed, plus twin trundle under each bed. Not the case, even though an email to the listing group - prior to booking - “confirmed” there were two trundles. There were no instructions for tv on how to acquire local stations. Property manager never responded to my inquiry about this. However, he did respond to an initial query about the bed situation. The condo could benefit from having some general instructions left in the unit...I.e. where to leave garbage, hot tub/pool location, tv instructions. Overall the unit was comfortable, clean, and served our purposes, although one bed short. Great location for accessing ski resorts and restaurants.

Some problems... But unit was clean and manager was verey helpful indealing w issues.
First, unit was fine. Problems were: 1. Directions insufficient. Complex is huge, and no directions to the individual unit/complex. Had to walk around the entire building to find the one door that had a keypad. 2. Kevo door lock was useless. Unit had to be left open w a physical key available inside. 3. No TV instructions. 4. For some reason, modem was unplugged. Had to search for it when couldn't get TV online.

Robert, while we're glad that you enjoyed the condo overall, we're sorry that certain aspects fell short of your expectations. We've reviewed the directions to the property and can confirm that the directions lead guests to the front door, but we apologize for any confusion. The Kevo system was removed and a push-button has been installed the make the stay better for the next guests. The homeowner was unaware of any issues with the WiFi and wishes they had known of this concern during your stay as they would have been happy to promptly rectify this issue. The owner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Best, the Evolve Team
