"A estadia foi ótima! Acomodações com tudo que se espera: novas, limpas, agradáveis, bem decoradas, tudo funcionando! Funcionários educados. Único incoveniente foi um grande susto no check in! Tínhamos reserva para dois quartos, pois éramos duas famílias e os funcionários na recepção não estavam achando dois quartos, apenas um, alegando que constava o cancelamento de um deles, o que não havia sido feito por nós! Para piorar, disseram que o hotel estava lotado! Entraram em contato com uma outra...

"Estávamos com espectativas altas com relação ao hotel, porém elas foram superadas com folga. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa, com destaque para o valet. O serviço de aluguel de equipamentos para ski é 5 estrelas, todos muito gentis. Os restaurantes também são excelentes e o spa e piscina muito bons."

"The Hyatt Centric is a great option, but only if you plan to ski in the Canyons Village. It was only upon arrival that we realized that Park City Mountain is within a 15-minute drive away. There was no shuttle service for the Park City Mountain, so either take a bus, Uber or drive. The hotel was very clean and we felt secure during the COVID pandemic. Our room was comfortable and neat. The microwave oven was very helpful and the mini fridge is bigger than what we usually find around."

"The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."
