"This is a cozy wonderful gem that is such a fun place. It truly felt like getting away. The upstairs master bedroom was wonderful as we opened the door at night and slept to the sound of the little stream below. The hot tub was very nice."

"This is the biggest little cabin! You can sense the history in every nook and cranny and it bring memories of the summer vacations of youth. Discoveries are to be had simply watching the stream a few short steps from the deck. Hummingbirds, butterflies and deer are here. Everything you could want for relaxation and a quick get-a-way or extended stay."

"The River Song Cottage was perfect! I loved sitting on our patio and listen to the stream; it was so peaceful. The kitchen had every little gadget you would need for your stay. The cottage was comfy, clean, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any question we had. The River Song Cottage is a great stay!"

"Everything was as expected . We would definitely stay here again . We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with Avantstay . Anytime we had a question or had any minor issue , they were incredibly timely being responsive . We were very impressed . "

"Bath mats were not clean. Window latch was broken so could not close. Only issued one door key. Building was brand new . Charging ports bedside would be an improvement. More detailed check in instructions would be a great improvement "
