Enter the living area and be greeted with two large, plush white sofas surrounding a simple but elegant fireplace mounted by a large mirror. Lounge with a book in the sun or move along to the impressive dining space with room for six. Here, a statement wall is covered with beautiful wallpaper depicting a serene tropical scene.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is very well-placed to provide the means for a chef to serve up a meal for six – and although it’s equipped with all the bells and whistles, this won’t be what first comes to mind. The cabinetry continues the theme of green, with striking shades of jade providing the primary focal point.

BEDROOMS
The principal bedroom is a relaxing oasis, decorated with arresting wallpaper featuring tropical birds in all their plumage. Featuring a queen-sized bed, the chevron flooring adds a rustic charm, and the large fireplace brings a touch of the past.
