Our accommodation is located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in a magnificent Haussmannian style building.



It has been completely refurbished and renovated and it is truly an exceptional product both in terms of its equipment and its location.



Our apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 10 people for a comfortable Parisian stay; It is equipped with wifi, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, TV.

A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.

We offer you FREE access to our Urban flat in Paris gym, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 (50 meters from your apartment) and open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
