With metro line 1 on your doorstep, every landmark in central Paris is within easy reach. As a crossing apartment with Velux windows on both sides, it enjoys wonderful ventilation and natural light, along with glimpses of the Panthéon, the Grand Palais, and other treasures of the Parisian skyline.

LIVING & DINING AREA
The living area sets the tone with a cohesive palette of blue, grey and yellow that runs throughout the home. Two deep blue sofas form a generous seating area around a large coffee table, accented by yellow cushions and vintage touches like a wooden chest of drawers, floral artwork, and warm lamplight. The mix of modern lines and collected pieces gives the space a relaxed, personal feel, and the sloped ceilings under the eaves only add to the charm.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is a burst of joy, with a striking yellow wall that feels like sunlight pouring in even before the Velux window does its work. Handsome oak cabinetry wraps the space, offering plenty of storage and a warm, natural finish. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and a bar counter with colourful blue and yellow stools makes it easy to enjoy a quick breakfast or an apéro while preparing dinner.

BEDROOMS

No smoking, pets or parties.  The apartment is located on 6th floor with an elevator. Please note this home is equipped with cameras connected to a home security system.  The windows are equipped with blackout blinds, but the skylight in the main bedroom does not have one, so the room may not be completely dark. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
