Additional information : The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator.

Important information: Rue Saint-Denis, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes in the area, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, however, the area is best known for its lively atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood.

Please note: Renovation work on the stairwell is underway in the building through June 28, 2026. Noise disturbances are possible Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We are, of course, available to assist with any needs you may have and thank you in advance for your understanding.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
