Bathroom: One modern bathrooms with shower, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building without an elevator, reached by a narrow staircase. Carrying luggage up requires some effort, which can be difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility. There is a keypad at the building's entrance, and the door may require careful handling upon arrival.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The open kitchen is small. It is fine for simple meals, but cooking for a family or a group of six requires some organisation.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the upper Marais, a few minutes' walk from Arts et Métiers and Temple metro stations, in a quiet 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment with comfortable beds and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
