Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The apartments are located in a typical Parisian building without an elevator, accessible via a narrow staircase. There is a keypad at the building’s entrance; it may require careful handling upon arrival.

* The apartment has poor sound insulation: noise from the neighbours and the building can be heard inside. This may bother light sleepers.
* The terrace is small and overlooks an inner courtyard surrounded by high walls. It therefore gets little light, which may disappoint guests who plan to enjoy it in the sun.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the Marais, close to Arts et Métiers and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in a 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment with one bedroom and two double sofa beds in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests.

Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
