Living room: An inviting space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: A functional kitchenette, equipped with hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available for your gourmet moments.

Master bedroom: A bedroom with a double bed, offering a cosy space.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a large mirror, a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. The WC is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: An iron, Wi-Fi connection included and a TV screen for your convenience. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

Additional information: This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The bedroom has no window and the apartment is not air-conditioned. There is little fresh air and it can get very hot in summer, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat or who value daylight.
* There is a bar at the foot of the building and the sound insulation of the windows is limited. Noise from the street and the bar can be heard inside, especially at weekends and sometimes late at night, which may bother light sleepers.
* The double bed in the bedroom is on the small side. It can feel tight for two adults, especially tall guests.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 4-minute walk from Rambuteau metro station, in a renovated 45 m² (484 sq ft) apartment with a large, modern bathroom.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
