Best place ever!

We loved Véronique’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment. We spent 4 days and traveled all over Paris from this very convenient location with easy access to the Metro across the street. Nearby shops and restaurants. Véronique responded quickly to every email query. Very secure building and safe neighborhood. Merci Beaucoup!

Très agréable séjour

Tout est positif dans cet appartement : calme (bien qu’a Paris) très joliment décoré, très propre, disposant de toutes commodités, proche d’une station de métro et de commerces indispensables. Super séjour à Paris

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour avec notre petite fille de 6 ans. L’appartement est très agréable, il est lumineux calme spacieux et joliment décoré. Tout près de la station de métro bel air très pratique pour aller visiter, mais aussi de la coulée verte idéale pour s’y promener La campagne à la ville...! Nous sommes très contents.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood

This is a lovely apartment to offer you refuge after a busy day seeing the sights. Very clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities should you want it. We had breakfast each morning there with the doors wide open to the terrace offering a view of a garden. The only disadvantage is the distance to the center of Paris. But if you can manage the metro you can go everywhere as we did.

Relaxing Paris Property

Unit was very comfortable and roomy. Easy access to neighborhood Pastry shop and market. Metro is super close and a very efficient way to navigate the city. Quiet and peaceful. Veronique is very helpful and responsive to questions.

Convenient, Tranquil Paris retreat

Right by the Metro, easy access to a great local market, secure and quiet--what could be better? Host was available and timely with response to questions, very good internet. Third person is possible, but not in a private space. Would definitely choose this if we return to Paris!

Propre, grand, tranquille, bien équipé et très bien situé

Cet appartement est idéal pour un couple. Très bien équipé pour se faire à manger, propre et dans un quartier sécuritaire. On ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit puisqu'il y a un grand séjour et une chambre à part avec beaucoup de rangement. Mais plus que tout, il est très bien situé, juste en face du métro. On traverse la rue et on y est. Nous sommes restés un mois et avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des commerces de quartier. Pour visiter Paris, c'était idéal.

Comfortable Luxury Close to the Metro

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the street from the 6 metro. The flat had everything we needed and more. The bed was ULTRA comfortable and the balcony looks out onto a beautiful courtyard. There is a delicious boulangerie about a block and a half away, as well as a grocery store right next to it where we got pain au chocolate and fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. The apartment also had automatic blinds in every room that not only provided excellent blackout lighting, but were also very secure. Veronique was very helpful and accommodating as we were running late from the airport, and she was available for any questions we had prior to the trip and during the trip. Highly recommend!

We loved it.

The apartment has a great location right across from the Metro. No lugging of suitcases through the streets required. There are 2 bistros/brasseries in short walking distance and a Carrefour to buy groceries. The apartment was pretty and comfortable and had a nice outdoor patio. My only suggestion would be to have a second fan because August in Paris was terribly hot, without air conditioning. I highly recommend the apartment and I would rent it again personally.

Nous avons pris l'appartement en main comme chez nous.Jolie déco. Proprietaire aimable et disponible. Situation inattendue pour Paris dans un grand jardin soigne .Balcons. Idéal pour un couple avec enfant -meme grand. Superette a proximite . Avons passé un séjour très agreable . agreable .

Appartement exceptionnel!

Situé dans un quartier calme et bien desservi (le métro est juste devant la résidence). An enjoyable Paris experience

In our planning for our first visit to France we quite were worried that something could go wrong to spoil the first impression. After a careful study we selected this apartment based on VRBO information. And we were really lucky to trust the reviews. The majority of facts listed in the VRBO review appeared to be correct, and even better than expected from the text. So, our stay appeared very memorable and enjoyable, despite the hot weather and the leg trauma I had a few months before the trip. So, if you like to get a full experience of living in Paris at a moderate price, that's the right place. Ourselves, we would like to visit this place again, if an opportunity arises. There are many clear and unique advantages for this apartment 1) High quatily-to-price ratio 2) Metro station Bel Air, just 60 m away from the door, with convenient access to major Paris attractions. 3) Villa-like location, surrounded by a garden and blocked from outside noises with street-level buildings. 4) Lots of space, easy to accommodate a family with kids. 5) Location in a safe, typical middle-class Paris district, with several restaurants and fresh produce markets at easy access. 6) Nice, friendly and helpful owner. 6) 2 opposite side balconies, which guarantee fresh air and high level of comfort during the summer heat. So if you are not inclined to go outside, just take you timer and relax in a sofa! As for disadvantages, we can list only few of them: 1) electric stove not strong enough for cooking 2). Lack of freezing compartment in the fridge (bye-bye, the ice cream). 3) Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom.

Stylish and comfortable

We really enjoyed the details of the decor, and the care that had been lavished on this gem of an apartment. Very conveniently across the street from the Metro in a bustling little neighborhood. We took in the football match at a bistro bar down the street. We were able to rest and refuel for the next day of summery Paris. We would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was clean and inviting.

We loved staying in your apartment. We felt very much at home. We prefer to stay in apartments, not hotel rooms. Love have my morning coffee first thing in the morning without getting dressed and finding a cafe. It was such a quiet neighborhood away from the constant sirens that you hear in big cities all day and all night. The balcony over looking the garden was wonderful for that first sip of coffee. Very nice and very clean apartment

We really liked staying at this apartment. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very close to a subway station. We had a bit of a language barrier when we checked in, but it wasn't a problem. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

One of the best

We were very comfortable in the Bel-Air apartment. It is beautifully decorated and surprisingly quiet, surrounded by green space on both sides (bird song in the morning) and very secure - three locked doors between us and the street. The metro train is right across the street. So although the apartment is not in the older, central part of Paris, any area is easily accessible. There is really only one bedroom, which was fine for the two of us. The living-dining area is substantial (seems bigger than the pictures). The apartment could easily be used by a couple and one young child. There is a fold-out chair-bed in the entry (which is at the top of some fairly steep stairs). This area would not be suitable for a child to sleep, but the bed could easily be moved into the large closet area / alcove of the bedroom. Wifi works well, and all linens and kitchen utensils are well stocked. There are plenty of stores in the neighborhood for anything you might need. We stayed during a warm week in April when afternoon temps were in the 80s. All the windows have the motorized, metal European rolling exterior shutters which can be closed during the hot afternoons for sun control. Even so, it was warm in the early evenings. If you are staying in hotter months, you may need a fan - or ask Veronique what to do. I am sure she will be helpful. She was very responsive to any and all emails - a good communicator, even in English. We appreciate all her kindness. Thank you, Veronique! Highly recommend this place.
