## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically, it's considered the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris. It offers an excellent quality of life, in terms of safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes from all amenities.
The Wagram-Ternes district, however, is much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs-Élysées. On the northeast side, you'll find the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France and bobos.
