With 415 square feet of space, it can accommodate up to 4 people and offers modern comfort combining design and practicality.

On the ground floor:
- a living room opening onto the street with a 140x200 sofa bed. We advise travelers to bring earplugs so that they are not disturbed by outside noise while sleeping.
- a fully equipped kitchenette where you can easily prepare your meals thanks to a combination oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils.
- a separate toilet

Upstairs with a steep staircase ((not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children)) :
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, ideal for peaceful nights.
- a shower room with toilet. Access is through the bedroom.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected, whether for work or entertainment.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so all you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
