Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming rental comprises :

- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge),
- mezzanine bedroom (7 m²) with double bed (140 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

The mezzanine staircase is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
