HostnFly invites you to stay in this lovely 23m² apartment, a former commercial space converted into a cozy home, located on the ground floor facing the street in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
The accommodation can sleep up to 4 people. We recommend it more for 2. It enjoys a prime location near the Batignolles district, a quiet and family-friendly area. You’ll also be just steps away from the picturesque Cité des Fleurs.

The apartment, which is accessed directly from the window facing the street (see photos), is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- a living room area facing the street with a sofa bed. For light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs.
- a dining area with a microwave for reheating meals (please note that there is no stove)
- a bathroom
In the windowless basement, accessible via a steep staircase:
- a bedroom with a double bed (two single beds pushed together)

For your comfort, the apartment provides various amenities: TV, coffee machine, microwave, iron, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Conveniently located near public transportation, you’ll be able to explore Paris and its surroundings with ease. The neighborhood is filled with shops, restaurants, and local gems, which we’ll be happy to recommend.
