Cocoonr offers this magnificent 70 m² flat for rent in Paris. It is located on the 1st floor of a Haussmann-style building in a very quiet street. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The flat has been recently renovated and combines Parisian charm and modern comfort with marble fireplaces, original plaster ceilings, hardwood floors and mirrors in every room. It offers a bright and functional living space.

The accommodation comprises

- One double bedroom with queen-size bed, separated by glass doors
- A dining room with a large dining table
- Living room with two sofas, one of which converts into a comfortable double bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with marble counters, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and all necessary utensils
- Bathroom with glass shower, washbasin and toilet
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- The windows overlook the central patio, offering absolute peace and quiet.

The flat is ideally located 10-15 minutes' walk from the Marais district, close to the recently renovated Place de la République, the Canal Saint-Martin and its many typically Parisian cafés, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The lively Rue de Lancry is also nearby, offering a varied gastronomic circuit. The district, popular with artists and designers, embodies the "BOBO" (Bohemian Bourgeois) style in a young, dynamic atmosphere.
