The studio is on the 1st floor of an old building (no elevator) and features:

a sleeping area with a sofa bed;

a functional shower room;

a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for your stay.

While the building itself is old and the common areas have not been renovated, the apartment is clean, well maintained, and fully furnished.
As the soundproofing is limited, we recommend that light sleepers bring earplugs.

During your stay, you will have access to a refrigerator, a small oven, a kettle, and other useful amenities.
Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The location is very convenient:

just steps away from a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants;

close to metro line 9;

only a 10-minute walk from the town center;

about 30 minutes by bus from Paris.
