The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this spacious, secure and completely renovated apartment!
Perfectly furnished and located, it is ideal for a stay with friends, family or for business and can accommodate up to four travelers.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a convertible sofa for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a Queen size double bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and comfortable bedding, storage space and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also includes a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will stay in an authentic and lively neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement, close to the dynamic Place d'Italie and the Butte-aux-Cailles district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot between local life and emblematic places. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find cafes and gourmet spots like L'oisive Thé for a cozy brunch or coffee break, Ti Amo for a friendly Italian trattoria and Auberge de la Butte for traditional French cuisine, which are very popular with visitors. For your daily shopping, shops like Carrefour Express, Carrefour City and neighborhood grocery stores are all within walking distance for bread, fruit, wine and local products. The neighborhood combines a residential atmosphere with lively shopping streets, and the nearby Avenue d'Italie is easily accessible, offering cafes, renowned bakeries and boutiques. Arrival from the airport:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Denfert-Rochereau.
A short metro transfer will take you directly to our door.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval to Antony, then transfer to RER B towards Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and get off at Denfert-Rochereau to continue your journey.

Included Services:
We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort, as well as professional cleaning services upon your arrival and departure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a baby cot or high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we do not provide baby linens.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and a fee of 50% of one night's rate may apply.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM at the latest. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and applicable fees will be clearly communicated.
Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, this will be confirmed 24 hours in advance and may incur a fee of 50% of one night's rate.
Security Deposit:
A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damage is found.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment. Kindly respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors, as excessive noise may result in deductions from the security deposit. Note that there may be ongoing construction in the building, potentially causing noise during the day.
Internet Usage:
Please avoid using the internet for illegal activities or restricted websites. We are not responsible for any outages by the telecom operator, and no compensation will be provided.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use of the apartment require prior approval. Please contact us for rates and necessary permissions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservations must be made by individuals aged 21 or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement.
