Three sets of French doors open onto a private balcony where you'll enjoy enchanting views of the Eiffel Tower rising above classic Parisian rooftops along a picturesque, tree-lined street.

Beautifully decorated and fully air conditioned, the apartment offers a bright open-plan living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen—ideal for relaxing after exploring the city or preparing meals with fresh finds from the nearby Rue Cler market. During the winter months, guests can even admire the Eiffel Tower from the living room, the primary bedroom and the elegant claw-foot bathtub in the en suite bathroom. (The view is partially screened by the trees when they are in full leaf.)

The spacious primary bedroom features a large bed and private en suite bathroom. A second bedroom accommodates one guest, while the comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for an additional guest. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the living room.

Outside your door, you'll find some of Paris's most beloved attractions. Enjoy morning walks through the Champ de Mars, evening strolls along the Seine, and leisurely afternoons exploring local cafés, gourmet food shops, bakeries and boutiques. There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.

NOTE: Visibility of the Eiffel Tower changes depending on the season and foliage growth of the trees outside the windows.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.

Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: Our staff is NOT AVAILABLE for greetings AFTER 10pm Should your flight arrive at 8pm or later at the airport, we kindly request that you book a hotel for the first night and check into the apartment the following morning.
