When we arrived, the video we were sent to get in showed a key box with code. It did not work. It had been updated to a keypad outside the room, but it took some investigating to find this. The saddest part of our experience was that for 16 nights we had a 7:30am wakeup call that lasted all day of drilling and banging for renovations and construction in the building. We asked about moving but there was no option to do so.
One afternoon we were in our room unwinding and a man walked right into our apartment, no knock, or ring of the doorbell. This was very concerning although in the end he was bringing a bottle of champagne due to the construction noise. Still not great and to know someone would just walk in was disconcerting.
