Beautiful studio on the ground floor on courtyard, in absolute calm. It decomposes as follows: 

- the living space with a sofa bed for 2 people, an armchair, a TV stand, an HDTV, a coffee table and a storage cupboard.


- the dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. 


- the open and modern kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, several cupboards, necessary crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine.


- a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.


Bed linen is provided.

Please note: 

- the receptions are carried out without extra from Monday to Saturday between 14h and 20h.  Between 20h and 22h, there is a supplement of 35 €. Between 22h and midnight, there is a supplement of 50 €.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a holiday, there is a supplement of 35 €.
