Luxurious 1100 square foot apartment, decorated w/antiques, quiet, sunny and located in the dynamic area of Boulogne. Close to 2 metro lines, bus, shopping, gourmet food stores, market and restaurants, movie theater,sport centers and forest.
The apartment was newly renovated, marble entrance etc...The first bath is recent and has a shower, the other is a small shower/sink bathroom. The toilet is in its own room. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other a set of bunk beds + trundle. Off the living room there is an area with a luxurious murphy queen size bed. This Murphy bed area can be private when you close the hallway doors, which separates you for the other two bedrooms’ area.
The living room has a leather sofa and 2 large club chairs; a large desk. The dining area has 4 chairs and the round table can be enlarged w/ leaves.
The new kitchen is long , pretty spacious with 4 stools and a narrow bar counter. It is fully equipped (even with a Nespresso coffee machine); it leads onto the balcony that also has 2 lounge chairs and a small bistro table w/ 2 chairs.
This 6th flloor apartment with elevator, large windows is very comfortable and luxurious and will give you the impression of being Parisian! And if you are lucky, since the apartment is located across from the cultural center, you may listen to some opera singing or classical music sounds that travels.
As a bonus, if you tuck your head out the bedrooms, you will be able to see the Eiffel Tower.
Feel free to use our shopping cart located in the kitchen and go browse the local fresh markets. There are two of them: the first one is close to the Boulogne Jean Jaurès metro station and the other is closer to the metro Marcel Sembat (but on the other side of the circle while heading towards the public pool). These experiences will definitely make you feel at home, like a Parisian.
And certainly come with spare room in your suitcases because the shopping is awesome! And don’t forget to visit the “Gallerie” which has many stores including, Zara, Swarovsky…and even a Starbucks!
