This luxurious apartment is at the fourth level of a high end XIX century building with elevator.

The location is a very chic residential neighborhood a few steps away from the parc monceau. the closest metro are Monceau on line 2 and Mirosmesnil on line 9 and 13, both are a 5-min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is very airy ( 150 square meters or a little more than 1500 square feet),has high ceiling and lots of French windows most of them opening to a balcony, facing on a quiet street with virtually no traffic at night or on a courtyard. it offers a large living room with plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs. there is a large tv screen with international channels. The fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher,stove opens to a large dining room where you can comfortably eat at 8 or more.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed ( 160*200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ). The second bedroom has twin beds. all bed materials are new, very comfortable and pillows are synthetic. one bathroom is composed of a large bath tub/ shower a toilet and a washer and a drier. The second bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet.

There are plenty of closets and the apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV. All windows close with shutters and therefore all rooms can offer complete darkness.
For an additional cost of 15 euro per day, there is a possibility of renting a parking space which is situated in the basement of the building and reachable with an elevator .

The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers high quality linens and towels.


It is a walking distance (less than fifteen minutes) to the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (around 30 minutes) or a short metro ride (less than 15 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre.

The area is very safe. There is a range of restaurants a supermarket and a baker in the immediate neighborhood.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.
