Tivémos uma boa estadia neste apartamento. Gostávamos que os berços já tivessem montados e que tivessem colchão para os bebés. A localização é incrível, foi fácil comunicar com o proprietário e no geral este apartamento serviu bem para a nossa estadia em Paris. Obrigada!

Aug 17 2025-Kitchen-very small. Removed shelf for wine bottles. No freezer. Bathroom is listed as 3 but toilet is only one. One door with shower/sink and one door with tub/sink. One door with toilet. Very rough with 5 adult people and one toilet. Location: close to everything. In/Out entry: Door would not open via intercom we were locked out until another apt owner/renter let us in. Assistance VRBO owner didn’t answer my texts or we would have had to find another hotel. They finally got back to us 12 hrs later. One adult stayed back from tour to ensure we could be let into our hotel. No offer of reimbursement was made. AC: issues with ac first day but by next day it was fixed. With temps in 90s we needed it. Disappointed that it was such a challenge. Accommodations were ok but no room for luggage and just needed another toilet and easier access inside.

Tres Bien!

We enjoyed our stay at this location in Paris! It's located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to a metro stop, the Eiffel Tower, and nice cafes. The rental was nicely furnished, and provided the extra space our family enjoys. We appreciated the AC on a very warm day, and we loved the Nespresso machine to make our morning coffee.

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location

We loved this apartment in Paris. The location was awesome. Apartment was small but we knew that going in - was exactly how it appeared online. Management was great - very available and check in process went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again - hopefully soon. We had a great stay!!!!

unclean, hadn't been cleaned in a while, wet pillow case left in cupboard, dirty cover on bed, sheets were not clean, no coffee, tea or any type of welcome tray. TV remote did not work so we did not trust the safe. check in process good, location was nice. we have still never gotten any response from management team or owner in 3 months

Fantastic Location

Quite small inside, so don't use if you want to spread out or have a big kitchen. but if you are ok living like a parisian in an amazing part of the city, close to the Eiffel tower, great food, and the metro, this beautifully decorated home is for you!

The apartment was small and quaint. Newly remodeled unit. Beds were prepared according to our needs. Loved having a washer and dryer. Windows opened to courtyard which was great to circulate air. Property is air conditioned, but doesn't cool very well (at least to American standards). Very close to grocery store. Could grab a taxi very easily from the property. Carmine's is very close and very good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Do wish the apartment door had digital code. Key is very large and easy to loose. Falls right out of your pockets and belt bag. Would definitely stay here again if it were just 2 couples.

Charming French Apartment steps from Eiffel Tower

5 Star! Overall: We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great apartment, host and location for a trip to Paris! We were a family of 4 with a 12/ 9 year olds visiting Paris for the first time. Host: Responsive and very accommodating, from the moment we booked to check-in through check out. They even welcomed us with a handwritten note left in the apartment. Check-in: They allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment several hours early, and the check-in and check-out process was done via key codes. Easy and seamless. Apartment: Clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The master bath had a rainfall shower that was a huge hit. The couch in the living area folded out into a bed. The kitchen had a fridge, stove and espresso maker (no microwave). Location: Steps from the Eiffel Tower and several metro stops. We walked outside to see the Eiffel Tower multiple times day and night, just because we could. Numerous French Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Small but comfortable, fantastic location, quiet.

Very nicely presented/decorated. Extremely comfortable beds, good pillows, fluffy towels. Fantastic location, really near great restaurants/shops/metro, market (Sunday & Weds), 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 20 min walk to Batobus. 15 min walk to Invallides. 30/40mins from Gare du Nord. La Boulangerie at 10 Rue du Laos is amazing!! Even though the immediate neighbourhood is vibrant and lively the apartment is very quiet! Only negative is there is only ONE toilet and if anyone uses it in the night/early morning it disturbs those sleeping in the living room. We would definitely stay again.

Small but very nice. We were a group of four ladies. Spent most time out touring and experiencing Paris. Bathrooms small but very good. Location very nice. Felt safe...which was very important to us. Would recommend to others.

Great location. Flexible space.

Traveling with three teenagers means that the extra space and amenities offered by this property were a blessing. Nice to have a clothes washer/dryer was a plus. The property is located in a great location while still being very quiet.

Space is modern, small, 1 toilet, 2 bathrooms. Not flexible on checkin time compared to most properties. Easy access to Metro and bus for getting around. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and tour buses. Restaurant and convenience store very close.

Great location

We traveled for a 6-night vacation with my family of six; 2 adult, 2 teens, 2 elementary school. First the shortcomings (not many) There is only one toilet. So that can get tricky. There are two showers. One is a bathtub with a shower handle. The water heater ran out of hot water the first morning. My kids were flexible so they did showers at night the rest of the trip and it wasn’t an issue anymore. The front room had a bit of a warp in the floor. Maybe old water damage. If you’re particular about being able to slide across the hardwood in your socks then maybe that’s a problem, but it didn’t bother us. There isn’t a ton of closet space but we emptied our suitcases and nested them so we could conserve space. If you had six full-size bags you’d notice congestion. That’s it. The rest is good. Oh, I think I heard the metro either under the street nearby or on the tracks, but it never woke me. I could just tell sometimes when it was quiet that there was periodically a low rumble coming from somewhere. I wouldn’t let this stop me from booking this location! The location is great. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The metro and bus are just blocks away. The proximity to the park is wonderful and it feels very safe in the neighborhood and the building is secure. If you’ve got small kids there is a playground just a couple blocks away in view of the Eiffel tower. The beds are comfortable with nice pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything (except a cutting board, or at least I never found one). We never cooked. Just used the fridge for some leftovers and to chill a bottle of wine. The towels were big and we had plenty for us all. The showers had soap and shampoo for us too. I don’t think there was anything we had to supply that wasn’t already thought of by the host. There was even laundry detergent so we didn’t have to pack a lot of extra clothes. Just washed the kids stuff. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Most days we were out from breakfast to bedtime exploring the city. We only came home one night to eat take out and to watch the PSG v Munich soccer match, but the Canal+ broadcast cut out. Probably not anything to do with the property, as all the other stations worked. We were a bit nervous with 4 kids that they might be noisy and cause us to lose the €1000 deposit, but I haven’t heard any complaints from the manager.

Family trip to Paris!

Location was key to the apartment! The unit was within walking distance of many restaurants, boulangeries, markets and public transportation. The unit was clean and the property managers were easy to work with. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. I would definitely recommend to stay there!
