Electrical problems every day followed by backup of bathroom drains. Property management was aware of electrical problems prior to our arrival but did not have the courtesy to notify us until we contacted them (saved text screenshots to verify). Problems continued.Management assigned us a different apartment, requiring us to pay for an Uber which they did not reimburse. Their representative met us, however, he wanted an extra 50 euros to check-in. I refused & eventually it was "waived" after communicating with after hours representative. Problems continued to escalate.New location was infested with ants. So disgusted, I refused to subject my family to such despicable conditions. By then it was night & too late to search for other hotels so we went back to apartment with no electricity. Again, another Uber expense not reimbursed. The problems worsened.Day 2, they temporarily fixed electrical but later that day the power went off again & then the plumbing issues started. Another temporary fix but problems continued.Day 3, the power shut off again & bathroom drains backed up worse than before & flooded bathroom. Disgusted, we hurriedly left. They requested we stay to allow workers access as if it were our responsibility claiming they had no keys even though the prior days they had access without our presence. Do NOT recommend this property!
